Before adding an item to your cart, you will be asked to acknowledge the current TAT for your order. Current TAT for both hand and machine embroidery can always be found in the site header. If you need something sooner, please send us a message about a rush order, and we will attempt to accommodate based on current workload.

Please note that TAT time does not include shipping time, so be sure to account for both processing and shipping when planning.

For hand embroidery, we will discuss this upon booking. For machine embroidery, you will need to add the “Rush Fee” item to your cart and contact me via the contact form after placing your order so we can confirm your item can be completed by your desired date. If we will not be able to complete your items by the requested date, you will receive an email cancellation and refund. There is a $20 rush fee for all rushed orders.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please email Katelyn@wholeheartedhandiworks.com and we will gladly work with you to correct our mistake. *This does not apply to wrong spelling if the name on the product matches the spelling placed on your order form*.

Each custom order includes one proof. Additional proofs may be requested for $5 per proof. The fee for additional proofs will not be waived when reverting to previous iterations.

We recommend gentle washing (even hand washing for hadn't embroidered pieces), laying flat or hanging to dry, and avoiding any harsh detergents or bleach.

When ordering clothing through Wholehearted Handiworks, orders must be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours, partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis (ex: excluding cost of garment + shipping cost).
